The Garden Museum’s Food Educator Ceri Jones will be sharing recipes from her latest book It Starts With Veg, showing us how we can use plant ‘offcuts’ that normally end up in the bin to make a delicious feast.
This event is part of the Harvest Festival, a collaboration with The Drop LDN, full of workshops, talks and stalls inviting visitors to discover the diversity of UK-grown food, celebrating little-known crops, plant ‘offcuts’ and the ingenuity of UK growers and chefs in adapting our modern harvest to the sustainability challenges of our time.
