Branch Out | Creative Krauts: A Lacto-Fermentation Workshop

This Creative Krauts: A Lacto-Fermentation Workshop is is part of the Garden Museum's new Branch Out programme, a series of free events and activities exploring gardening, art, floristry, plant science, history, design, and more! Join us on Thursdays: no need to book, just show up.

Join Clare Heal for a fermentation workshop as part of our Branch Out programme.

Come and learn about the magic of lacto-fermentation and make your own delicious and good-for-you vegetable pickle. You’ll go home with a jar of your own personally concocted kraut and the simple instructions for nurturing it to deliciousness. But, more importantly, you’ll take away knowledge of the science and practicalities of lacto-fermentation and the confidence to pickle anything you fancy.
