Halloween falls in the calendar this week, so join us for a cookery workshop to explore recipes using seasonal pumpkins. Since we encourage variety on our plates, we'll be exploring a range of members of the squash and pumpkin family through our recipes.
In this class specifically designed for kids aged 8-12+, we’ll cook a colourful lunch using squash and pumpkins, learn some knife skills using age appropriate knives, how to measure out our ingredients and how to read a recipe.
Menu tba. In these classes we typically cook an age appropriate main, side dish and a small dessert.
This class is designed for children aged 8-12 (and older) who attend without supervision. Parent/guardians can drop off their children and then enjoy spending time in the museum or Garden Cafe while we cook. We do ask you to stay on-site for the duration of the class.
