Arabella Lennox-Boyd: Gardens of my Life

Arabella Lennox-Boyd is one of the leading landscape designers working in the UK. She has been designing for over fifty years and has landscaped more than seven hundred gardens worldwide, including six Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal gardens, and Best of Show winner in 1998.

In this talk to celebrate the publication of her new book Gardens in my Life, Arabella looks back over her extraordinary career, taking us on a tour of the gardens that have had a particular interest or meaning to her. In conversation with Alastair Layzell, director of the upcoming Sky Arts documentary series The Art of the Garden, Arabella discusses the inspirations behind the design and plant combinations in her famous herbaceous borders, and imparts some expert wisdom on planting and landscaping.
